The tuna tartare and cucumber salad with mint

We love tuna. To cook it quickly and simply, it has no bones, no pungent fishy smell. He's perfect).

And the tuna tartare — so tasty that I want to do it often.

A worthy accompaniment to the tartare can serve as a refreshing salad of cucumber, avocado and mint. Easy, tasty, healthy.
But if there is still a glass of chilled wine...

for 2 good portions of Tartarus we need:

  • 150 g tuna fillet
  • 1 small onion-shallots
  • piece of ginger, about 2 cm
  • the lemon or lime
  • olive oil, salt, optional — pepper
  • chives for decoration

Chilled tuna (natural, raw) just to grind a sharp knife into small pieces. Shallots finely chopped, ginger root peel and finely grate. Mix all ingredients, watering to taste with lemon juice, salted and loaded with olive oil.

Put in freezer for 3-5 minutes. Serve tartare on a cold plate, garnish with finely chopped chives and sbryznem olive oil.

The salad even easier to prepare.

for 2 servings of salad:

  • 1 avocado
  • 3 small cucumber
  • 1 small chili pepper
  • a few feathers of green onions
  • a few sprigs of fresh mint
  • the lemon or lime
  • olive oil, salt

Peel and cut avocado, sbryznuv it with lemon juice to avoid darkening. Chop the cucumber, finely chop the chili pepper. Mix these ingredients. Add green onion and finely chopped mint leaves.
Season with salt, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
On the salad you should pay special attention, because the taste is much more interesting than one might expect from such simple ingredients. Give it a try.
