Starfish Salad



The ingredients
  • 400g red fish
  • 300g shrimp
  • 400g hard cheese
  • 3 feathers of green onions
  • mayonnaise
  • juice
  • salt
  • sugar
  • 2 egg yolks for decoration


Preparation
  1. Pour the red fish with lemon juice. Rub it with a mixture of sugar and salt. Let me stand for 1 hour at room temperature, and then send for a day in the refrigerator.
  2. Grate cheese on a coarse grater, decoction and cut into pieces of shrimp.
  3. Cut some fish fillets in small pieces and some in thin stripes.
  4. Mix all ingredients except fish strips. Add the crushed green onions.

"Lazy Sushi"



The ingredients
  • 300g weakly salted red fish
  • 300g rice
  • 2 fresh cucumbers
  • 1 carrot
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 bulb (purple onion)
  • pinch
  • mayonnaise and wasabi sauce to taste


Preparation
  1. Stir mayonnaise and wasabi sauce. The resulting mixture will lubricate the layers of salad.
  2. Cook rice for sushi so that it is not too boiled. Rice-water ratio 2:3. Cooking time is about 7 minutes.
  3. When the water boils, set the minimum fire and continue cooking for about 15 minutes.
  4. Take the rice off the fire, leave it to brew for 30 minutes.
  5. Boil eggs and carrots. Sodium grater.
  6. Add to the eggs crushed green onions and a mixture of mayonnaise with wasabi.
  7. Fillet red fish cut thin slices, and cucumbers - cubes. Grind the purple onions and dill.
  8. Put the salad in layers. Do not forget to lubricate the layers with a mixture of mayonnaise with wasabi.
