  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

In salad, use only the soft part of cabbage leaves without hard streaks. Hard cheese, pepper, crab sticks and cucumbers cut with a thin straw. Mix these ingredients with cabbage or salad mix. Add corn, mustard, greens. Sprinkle and fill the salad with vegetable oil.

New Year's Salad "Royal" Ingredients
  • 0.5 kg of peeled shrimp
  • 150g low-salted salmon
  • 240g crab sticks
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 fresh cucumber
  • 1 Bulgarian pepper
  • 1 avocado
  • red caviar, fresh greens for decoration

Freeze the shrimp at room temperature. Before adding to the salad, drain excess liquid. Pepper, cucumber, avocado, eggs and crab sticks cut in cubes, and salmon - straw. Fill with mayonnaise or a mustard and vegetable oil dressing. Decorate with greens and red caviar.

Salad snack crab "Rafaello" Ingredients
  • 100g hard cheese
  • 240g crab sticks
  • 2 eggs

Crab sticks slightly freeze in the freezer. Then rub along with cheese and eggs on a fine grater. Leave 1/3 of the sticks for decoration, and mix everything else with mayonnaise and crushed garlic. Form small balls and drop them in crab shavings. Serve a snack on a dish or in tartlets. If desired, in the middle of each ball put olive, olive or a piece of fresh cucumber.

Crab Salad in Squid Ingredients
  • 2 peeled squid carcasses
  • 50g crab meat or sticks
  • 50g rice
  • 1 small purple bulb
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • dill, spices and salt to taste






Preparation
  1. Squid clean the entrails, remove the film, cut off the fins. Boil water, add salt to it, any spices and put squid in water. Wait until they boil and turn off the fire. Let them stay in the water for 10 minutes.



  2. In the water where the squid was boiled, put crab meat and cook for 3 minutes. Cook the rice until ready with the addition of the same water.
  3. While the rice is cooling, boil the eggs, carrots and cool them. Then cut into small cubes and mix with finely sliced squid tails, crab meat, onions, dill. Add rice, mayonnaise and stir.



  4. Tightly start the carcasses of squid with a salad mixture and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Serve a snack with rings.





Crab shells Ingredients
  • 10-15 tartlets from sand dough
  • 240g crab sticks
  • 150g soft cream cheese
  • 100g weakly salted red fish
  • olive
  • 1 bundle of dill
  • tasteful


Crab sticks and dill cut into small cubes, and fish - pieces larger. Mix with cream cheese and spices. Fill the tarts with stuffing and put on top of each olive. Cover with another tartlet to make the snack look like a shell.
