Preparation
  1. The main ingredient for this filling is canned cod liver in oil.
  2. Crush the pieces of cod liver with a fork. Cut the smallest cubes of a pickle.
  3. Boil, peel and grind eggs.
  4. Put cod liver, cucumber, peas and eggs in a bowl.
  5. Add mayonnaise or salad sauce. Stir it. The sauce will need quite a bit, since the liver is already quite fatty.
  6. Fill the tarts with the resulting filling. Decorate your greens.

With crab sticks, cheese and eggs



The ingredients
  • 50g crab sticks
  • 100g hard cheese
  • 1-2 eggs
  • 1/2 red sweet pepper
  • 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 50–70g red caviar
  • 100g butter
  • lettuce

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation
  1. Very fine cut dill and parsley.
  2. Combine soft butter and greens, add lemon juice, stir.
  3. It turns out butter of a pleasant salad hue.
  4. Place part of the salad leaf in tartlets to cover their interior.
  5. Fill the tarts with green oil.
  6. Put caviar on top of the butter.
  7. Decorate with dill and parsley twigs.
  8. That's it, caviar ready.

With pineapple and chicken



The ingredients
  • 3 chicken eggs
  • 200g chicken fillet
  • 250g canned pineapple
  • 150g hard cheese
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • parsley
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 50g walnuts
  • salt and pepper
  • seedless olives
  • 15 finished tartlets


Preparation
  1. Boil and cube the chicken fillet.
  2. Cube boiled eggs and canned pineapples.
  3. Grind the cheese.
  4. Put the ingredients in the salad.
  5. Add the chopped greens and a handful of crushed walnuts.
  6. Run through the press and add garlic to the filling. Stir everything with mayonnaise and spices.
  7. Fill it with a tartlet.

With shrimp and cottage cheese paste



The ingredients
  • 150g fresh cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 10 frozen boiled shrimp
  • dill
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley and 1/2 cucumber for decoration
  • 10 finished tartlets


Preparation
  1. Mix in a bowl of blender fresh cottage cheese, sour cream, dill and garlic, passed through the press.
  2. Beat the mixture to pasta.
  3. Fill the tartlets with curd mass.
  4. Freeze and peel the shrimp. Put one in each tartlet.
  5. Decorate a snack with dill greens, parsley twigs, celery or basil.

The ingredients
  • 150g unsalted feta cheese
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • parsley and dill

Preparation
  1. The cheese must be stretched with a fork to a pasty state. Use a blender if you want.
  2. Put garlic through the press. Grate the cucumber.
  3. Add to feta cheese garlic, cucumber and crushed greens.
  4. Cut cherry tomatoes into 2-3 pieces.
  5. Fill the tarts with cheese and decorate with tomatoes and greens.

Julien in tartlets



The ingredients
  • 13 finished tartlets
  • 400g champignon
  • 1 bulb
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 100g cheese
  • 150g sour cream
  • 1 tsp blend of Italian herbs
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper


Preparation
  1. Cube the onions and the mushrooms.
  2. Put onions with vegetable oil on the pan, roast for 5 minutes, add mushrooms, fry for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Add a couple pinches of flour, dried herbs, fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour sour cream, bring the mixture to a boil and remove from the stove.
  5. Start the tarts with mushroom mix. Sprinkle it with grated cheese.
  6. Put them on a bowl covered with parchment paper, and send for 10 minutes in the oven, heated to 180 degrees.
