What to put in tartlets

The holiday is on the threshold, and on the table you want to put something delicious, unusual and fast. Ready tartlets with a variety of fillings is an ideal option. You can put anything inside such a basket! But, as luck would have it, at the right moment, all the recipes just fly out of my head.

Simple toppings for tartlets
  1. Cheese with greens
    100 g of cottage cheese + cloves of garlic + 1/2 tbsp. crushed dill greens. Pass the garlic through the press, mix with cheese and greens. Ready tartlets decorate with greenery or stripes of Bulgarian pepper.


  2. Egg pate
    5 yolks + 2 tbsp crushed greens + 1 tbsp cottage cheese + 1 tbsp mayonnaise + 1 tbsp mustard. Cut the yolks with a fork, mix with the other ingredients.


  3. Smoked fish with cucumber
    200g mackerel (pump salmon) hot smoked + 1 fresh cucumber + 1 tbsp mayonnaise + 1 tsp mustard. Take the skin off the fish and take it apart into fibers, cut the cucumber in cubes. Mix all the ingredients.


  4. Canned pineapples with hard cheese
    1 tbsp of grated hard cheese + 1 clove of garlic + 4 pineapple rings + 1 tbsp of mayonnaise. Cut pineapples in small cubes, pass the garlic through the press. Mix all the ingredients.


  5. Avocado cream
    1 avocado + 2 tbsp lemon juice + 1 tbsp olive oil + 2 tbsp cottage cheese + basil greens. With the avocado, peel off, cut the flesh and pour lemon juice. Along with the rest of the ingredients, place in a bowl of blender and shredding.


  6. Salmon and cottage cheese
    100 g of slightly salted salmon + 100 g of cottage cheese + greens + lemon. Cut the salmon in small cubes, mix the cheese with crushed greens. At the bottom of each tartlet, lay out a cheese mixture, on top of a few pieces of fish. Decorate the composition with a thin slice of lemon.


  7. Chicken with Bulgarian pepper
    300 g boiled chicken fillet + 1 Bulgarian pepper + 1 fresh cucumber + 2 tbsp mayonnaise. Chicken fillet and Bulgarian pepper cut in small cubes. Take the skin off the cucumber and cut it too. Fill it with mayonnaise.


  8. Cod liver with eggs
    1 jar of cod liver + 2 boiled eggs + 2 small pickles + 1 red bulb + 2 tbsp mayonnaise. Cut the liver with a fork, eggs, onions and cucumbers as small as possible. Mix all the ingredients and fill them with mayonnaise.


  9. Eggs and radish.
    5 eggs + 1 radish + 2 branches of green onions + 2 tbsp mayonnaise. Boiled eggs grind, radish sodium, onions chop finely. Mix it up, fill it with mayonnaise. Decorate the tartlets with thin slices of fresh cucumber.


  10. With mushrooms and cheese.
    200 g of mushrooms + 100 g of hard cheese + 100 g of canned corn + dill greens + 1 clove of garlic. Mushrooms cut finely, roast in a small amount of vegetable oil, sodium cheese, greens and garlic shreds. Mix it up, fill it with mayonnaise.




If you are confused by the presence of mayonnaise in the proposed fillings, you can prepare a low-calorie sauce yourself. It is also perfect for dressing holiday salads! It'll be delicious and great.
