The ingredients
  • 200g crab sticks
  • 3-4 eggs
  • 100g hard cheese
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • mayonnaise

Preparation
  1. Boil the eggs hard and carefully separate the proteins from the yolks. Grid on a large grater of proteins and on a small yolk, but do not mix these two ingredients.
  2. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, and pass the garlic through the press.
  3. Cut dill a little. Combine in a small container egg whites, cheese, dill and garlic. Fill the resulting mass with mayonnaise and mix it well.
  4. Carefully unroll each crab stick and smear it with cheese filling. Then roll the stick in the form of a small roulette so that the filling remains inside. For convenience, you can cut each stick into two parts.
  5. Each roulette is lubricated from the end sides with mayonnaise and macni in the yolk mixture. Decorate the finished snack with dill sprigs.

Chicken and cheese champignons



The ingredients
  • 500g chicken fillet
  • 60g feta
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 300g champignon
  • 100g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • parsley
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • chili
  • salt


Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the mushrooms, then carefully remove the legs with a sharp knife. Cover with parchment baking and put mushrooms holes up.
  2. Finely cut and fry chicken fillet in vegetable oil. Add finely sliced mushroom legs to the pan and cook the ingredients for another 5 minutes.
  3. Pour flour and sour cream in a small container, then pour the resulting mixture into the pan. Sprinkle the future stuffing. Continue cooking the mixture for 10 minutes, then remove the pan from the fire and let it cool.
  4. In the meantime, warm the oven to 180 degrees. Rub feta cheese on a fine grater and add it to the sour cream mixture.
  5. With a dessert spoon, gently place the filling in each mushroom hat. Sprinkle the mushrooms with grated mozzarella.
  6. Bake mushroom hats in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.


Chicken Roulettes



The ingredients
  • 500g chicken fillet
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g of vegetables to taste (Bulgarian pepper, tomatoes, cucumbers)
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper


Preparation
  1. Make some longitudinal incisions on the chicken fillet and then beat it off. The result should be a layer of meat that is ideal for rolling. Be sure to pepper and salt the meat.
  2. Prepare an omelet, combining eggs, mayonnaise, vegetables in a small container.
  3. Place an omelet on a chicken fillet and then roll a neat roll.
  4. Tightly wrap the roll in food film and send in a pot of boiling water to prepare on a small heat for about 40 minutes.


Tablets with shrimp and cheese



The ingredients

Preparation
  1. Roast the shrimp in vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes.
