Gugeri— a delicious French custard buns
These little cheese muffins choux pastry originally from Burgundy, where they are often served instead of bread before the meal. Sometimes they are also called saketumi. Especially good gugeri in freshly baked when they are still warm and fragrant. I must say that this is just the perfect snack that can take guests waiting for dinner. In unhurried, friendly conversation with a glass of dry white or rose wine they help create a wonderful atmosphere. Baking time: 20-25 minutes
Ingredients (16-18 Gusarov):
The oven pre-heated to 220°C.
