Ingredients:

  • quinoa boiled – 500 g
  • red sweet pepper – 50 g
  • yellow sweet pepper – 50 g
  • tomatoes without the skin – 100 g
  • cucumber – 50 g
  • red onion – 10 g
  • lemon – 15 g
  • olive oil – 100 g
  • sun-dried tomatoes in oil – 25 g
  • parsley – 15 g
  • coriander – 15 g
  • mint – 15 grams
  • sea salt – 2 g




How to cook:

Chop the peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, onion small cubes.

Mix with cooked quinoa.

Finely chop greens, add to tabouli.

Season with a mixture of olive oil with lemon juice and salt.
