Texas salad with avocado



Popular Texas salad with a clear Mexican accent. Balanced, spicy and delicious, it will decorate the holiday table.

Ingredients:

Avocado 2 pcs.
Red Tomatoes 300 g
Silver Bow (white) 70 g
Red beans in their own juice 350g
Chili 2 pcs.
Lime juice 15 ml
Olive oil 60 ml
¼ tsp salt
Black pepper ¼ tsp

Preparation:

1. Avocado peel and cut into cubes. If you are preparing a salad in advance, cut the avocado just before serving salad to keep it fresh color.
2 ripe tomatoes cut into cubes.
3. Onions (best sweet salad), clean and finely chop.
4. Cut the vegetables add up in a bowl, add the beans. The original must be beans "black eye", but you can take and other varieties.
5. Peppers remove seeds (Be careful not to burn the skin) and finely chop.
