Last night in Portoroz at the international advertising festival Golden Drum in 2008 was awarded the first nagrady.Nagrady in the categories TV, Press, Outdoor and Radio, which are only allowed to attend the New Europe countries, will be presented at the closing of the festival on October 10 and yesterday the jury rendered its verdict on Participants nominations TV & Film Promo, Design & Art Direction, Interactive, Media Campaigns, Advertising Campaigns (see also the finalists of nominations), and was also named the winners of Piran Posters Awards.

Ukraine also reached the final with a job - the calendar of matches Design Studio Yurko Gutsulyak to VS Energy. Calendar Silver Drum got.

Neither Russia nor Ukraine were able to win in Piran Posters Awards. In the finals I Feel Slovenia reached posters Alexei Mikhailov (aka KREATIN) and Natalia Ivashchuk of Ukrainian RA TABASCO, but won a poster created by Romanian designer Alexandru Matius Hariga of OgilvyOne. In competition New Identity Of Piran 4 winners.

The major categories of awards were handed to 40. 3 Grand Prix was shared between Poland, the agency of the country two top awards, and Kosovo.

In absolute terms, the champion of the first stage of the Golden Drum - Germany with 15 awards out of 40. The second and third place is shared by Austria and the Czech Republic - they have 4 awards.
