Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
On urgent measures in connection with the military aggression of the Russian Federation

Given the mortal danger hanging over the Ukraine in connection with military aggression of the Russian Federation with respect to the sovereignty of Ukraine and the annexation of the territory of Ukraine - the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, backed up by decisions of the President of the Russian Federation and the Federation Council - the upper chamber of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on the introduction of troops on Ukrainian territory and carrying out a so-called referendum on the annexation of Crimea to Russia,
Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, expressing the sovereign will of the Ukrainian people, said that never, under any circumstances, the people of Ukraine will not agree to Russia's annexation of the territory of Ukraine - Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
Crimea is and always will be an integral part of Ukraine.
Realizing that without a fight, no matter how hard it may be, we lose Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine:
1. Calls on the President of Ukraine:
1) declare full combat readiness of the Armed Forces, to conduct a general mobilization of military service of citizens of Ukraine and create a people's militia detachments;
2) Given the current state of the material -maintenance of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, appeal to the governments of the US and other NATO member countries to provide the maximum material - technical assistance in the form of modern military equipment and weapons;
3) to break off diplomatic relations with the Russian Federation;
4) to introduce a visa regime with the Russian Federation.
5) to denounce:
1) Agreement between Ukraine and the Russian Federation on the status and conditions of Russian Black Sea Fleet on the territory of Ukraine from May 28, 1997;
2) Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on mutual settlements related section of Black Sea Fleet and the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine from May 28, 1997;
3) Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Partnership between Ukraine and the Russian Federation on 31 May 1997;

2. Apply to:
1) Council of the European Union and the European Parliament:
1) with the application for accession to the European Union;

2) North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) - with the application for membership in the international military-political organization.
3. Cabinet:

6. To establish that:
