Cottage cheese and fruit jelly


 
Take:
400 gr. soft cheese and 1, 5%
100 gr. dried apricots
4 oranges
2 tangerines
25 c. gelatin

Do:
Apricots pour boiling water for 20 minutes.
Apricots squeeze on cut into small pieces.
In 100 ml of water to dissolve 10 grams of dried apricots. instant gelatin (water pre-heated by the instructions).
Mix 250 grams of cottage cheese with 2/3 of the total amount of dried apricots and dissolved gelatin.
We spread a silicone mold, send the cold to freeze (about 1 hour).
Tangerines clean, disassemble into slices.
Squeeze the juice from the oranges.
It was heated and dissolved 10 g. gelatin.
On a frozen cheesecake layer lay slices of tangerines.
Pour hot orange juice with gelatin.
Send to freeze.
The last layer of cheese in paragraphs 3, 4, of the remaining amount of cottage cheese, gelatin and dried apricots.
When the jelly hardens, spread from the mold and serve.
