Meat in Georgian



 
Ingredients:
1 kg of meat,
100 grams of sour cream,
Herbs (parsley, dill, rosemary, basil, cilantro),
2 tablespoons honey,
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation:

Meat cut into large pieces, chop the greens. Mix in a bowl all the herbs and season with salt, add pepper. Now mixed greens, meat, lemon juice, honey. Leave in the refrigerator.

In the mixture add sour cream, stir, spread on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for one hour.
