Greek sauce

Olive oil - 1/2 cup
Clove of garlic - 1 pc
Lemon juice - 1/4 cup
Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - to taste

Crush a clove of garlic.
Put the garlic into a clean jar.
Add salt and oregano.
Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper (to taste).
In a jar, add the olive oil.
Add the lemon juice to the same.

Shake the jar well to mixed ingredients and refrigerate.
Used as a salad dressing, but for 10-15 minutes before use must be removed from the refrigerator and allow the sauce warm.
