Salad dressing.


 
Delicate, spicy, dense. Excellent alternative to mayonnaise!

You will need:
Flour - 1 tbsp. l.
Mustard powder - 1.5h. l.
Sugar - 2 h. L. Salt - 1/4 h. L.
Egg - 2 pcs
Vinegar (white wine, 6%) - 80 ml
Cream - 150 ml

Preparation:

Flour, mustard powder, sugar and salt mix Beat the eggs, stir until smooth and add the vinegar.

A lot of cooking in a water bath until thick, stirring constantly with a whisk. This will require 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat to cool completely.

In the chilled mass enter the cream, if densely -Add a little milk. Try the sauce and adjust the taste.

The sauce is ready!

Perfect for salads and sandwiches!

Can be stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
