Apple fritters

Large apples - 3-4 pieces
Sugar - 3 tablespoons
Soda pinch
Egg - 2 pcs
Pinch of salt
Oil for frying

My apples. Cut the peel (though not very hard if you can and leave) and rub on a coarse grater or blendere.Smeshivaem with sugar and eggs. Next, add the vanilla sugar and baking soda with flour.
Flour should be added gradually, bringing the dough to the consistency of thick smetany.Skovorodku warm up, but not too much. Fritters should not burn and have a good baked through.
Fry in butter or vegetable oil small pancakes (batter can impose a tablespoon).
Served hot apple pancakes with honey.
