Mushroom soup with cheese



 
Ingredients:
0, 5 kg. champignon mushrooms
150-200 gr. melted cheese
1 pc. onions
salt
herbs to taste.

Recipe:
Mushrooms cut and fry onions in olive oil. Boil 2-2, 5 liters of water, dissolve in boiling water, cheese, salt the taste (in the cheese has salt), a couple of minutes and add pokipyatit fried mushrooms. Spill on plates add the greens.
