Courgettes 675 g
Potatoes 450g
Red bell pepper 1 piece
3 cloves garlic
Onion 1 clove
Chopped parsley 3 tablespoons
Olive oil 150 ml
Tomatoes 450 g
Oregano 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

How to:
1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees.
2. In a baking dish, mix sliced ​​zucchini, sliced ​​potatoes, thinly sliced ​​peppers, parsley, finely chopped garlic, chopped onion half rings, salt, black pepper, olive oil and chopped tomatoes. Smooth top and sprinkle with oregano.
3. Put in the oven for 1, 5 hours and bake, stirring occasionally.

Serve with fat sour cream.
