Gypsy zucchini on the grill, for which guests will fight

How to cook zucchini on the grill Ingredients
  • 1kg zucchini
  • 250g cheese
  • 150g mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp black ground pepper
  • 1 tsp dried garlic
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • fluff


Preparation
  1. First of all, we dry and cut zucchini in circles (about 1 cm thick), and then lay out in a deep bowl.



  2. Next, add salt, paprika, black ground pepper, dried garlic and mayonnaise to the bowl. We mix everything well, then cover the bowl with film and leave the zucchini to marinate while the grill warms up.



  3. Meanwhile, rub the cheese with straw and mix it with Italian herbs.



  4. Then we lay the zucchini on the grille and put it on the grille. Fry vegetables for about 3-4 minutes on one side, after which carefully turn our mugs.



  5. Immediately after the zucchini have been turned over, we lay the cheese on the browned side and wait for the second side to reach readiness. As soon as the cheese melts, and the zucchini are completely roasted, we remove them from the fire and lay them on a dish for serving. And to make the snack even more delicious and aromatic, sprinkle it with fresh chopped greens and grated garlic.
