Preparation
  1. Soy chops pour boiling water, add bay leaf. Leave for 60 minutes (you can even boil for a short time, so they become more tender), then drain the water.
  2. Cut the garlic fine, cut the onions in circles.
  3. Put some of the soy chops in a convenient container, sprinkle them with crushed garlic on top. Add turmeric and hops-suneli (see the amount to taste). Next, a layer of onions, again soy chops, garlic and seasonings. Pour soy and wine vinegar, vegetable oil and add some salt.

  4. Cover the container with a lid and shake a little to mix it well. Leave for 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Shift the marinated soy chops with onions onto the grill and roast on the coals for 15 minutes on both sides.





This snack can be used as a dessert. Fingers are good!
