How much do you need to boil mushrooms before spinning?
My husband likes to collect summer mushrooms, and I do. We joked that we found each other.

- 3 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 5 tbsp vinegar
- 3-4 pieces of pepper with peas
- 1 bay leaf
Preparation
- Clean the mushrooms and then leave them in salt water for 30 minutes. After that, wash the mushrooms.
- Boil the mushrooms for 5 minutes. Then rinse again under running water, pour clean water. Cook mushrooms on an average heat for 35-40 minutes.
- In a separate pot, prepare a marinade. To do this, add salt, sugar, vinegar, pepper peas and bay leaf to the water, cook the marinade for 2 minutes from the moment of boiling.
- Add mushrooms to the marinade, boil them for 10-15 minutes.
- Put the mushrooms in sterile jars and roll them with sterilized lids. Turn the jars over, wrap them and leave them until completely cooled.
