Zucchini is the most vitamin and useful vegetable of the summer season. And while it is there, you need to use it to the maximum. Cooking zucchini is simple, because they are perfectly combined with other vegetables and sauces. To preserve all vitamins, you need to prepare them correctly. And we'll tell you how to do that.

Cucchini with sour cream Ingredients
  • 800g zucchini
  • 200g sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 0.5 tables of water
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • sprig
  • salt and spice


Preparation
  1. Pour sunflower oil into the bowl. Add salt and spices. Very well with zucchini combined basil and oregano. Wash your zucchini and cut it in circles. Now mix the zucchini and the butter.

  2. Put the zucchini on the bowl and send to the oven heated to 200 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes.

  3. While the zucchini are baked, cook. sour cream. Wash the dill and grind. Crush the garlic and mix with sour cream, add dill, mix thoroughly. Add an egg and flour to this mass, then add water and mix everything thoroughly again.

  4. Get the zucchini out of the oven. Put them in a deep pan and fill them with sour cream. Put on a slow fire and bring to a boil, not forgetting to stir. Now your delicious snack is ready, you can serve it on the table!
