2 tbsp. 100% grape juice (white, red or black)
15 grams of gelatin powder
Pour grape juice in a small saucepan. Cut off the rind from the orange and add the juice. To warm over low heat for 5 minutes, remove from fire.
Squeeze the juice from the orange and pour over gelatin. Dissolve the gelatin in hot grape juice until dissolved. Allow to cool.
Washed and obsushennye berries put in a mold and pour grape juice. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Before serving, dip the form in hot water for a few seconds and turn on the dish.
