Cake "Earl ruins"



 
For the dough:

2 eggs

1 cup (250 grams) cream

1 cup sugar

2 cups flour

1 tablespoon baking powder and half a teaspoon of baking soda

3-4 tablespoons cocoa

For the cream:

1 liter of sour cream

1.5 cups of sugar (or less)

vanillin

little or starch thickener for cream

For the glaze:

5 tablespoons of sour cream

3 tablespoons sugar

40 grams butter

5 tablespoons of cocoa

or use melted chocolate, if in doubt glaze
