Banana and sour cream cake Ingredients
- 500g gingerbread without filling
- 3 ripe bananas
- 600 ml of sour cream at least 20% fat content
- 1 bar of black chocolate
- 0.5 tbsp powdered sugar
Preparation
- Peel the bananas off the peel. It is better to take slightly greenish fruits, not completely ripe, so that they do not darken in the cake. Cut the bananas in circles 1-1.5 cm thick.
- If the carrots are large, cut them in half. Small ones don't have to be cut.
- Grind the sugar in a coffee grinder, blender or food processor and mix with sour cream. You can use ready-made powdered sugar.
- Cover the bottom of a deep bowl with food film, then pour a small amount of sour cream.
- Put the first layer of half gingerbread and banana circles. Form the following layers alternately, each pouring abundant sour cream.
- Cover the cake with the edges of the food film and leave it in the kitchen for 2-3 hours so that the gingerbread is soaked. Send the cake to the refrigerator for 3 hours.
- After a while, take the cake out of the fridge, unroll the film. Cover the bowl with a dish on which the cake will lie, and turn it over. Remove the bowl and carefully remove the film.
