How to make a cake from zucchini with garlic
  1. The first thing is to prepare the foundation. Grind the zucchini on a large grater, grind the onions, drive the eggs into a separate container. Mix everything together, but before you put the zucchini, they should be squeezed a little - you do not need extra liquid. Here, sift through a sieve of flour, add salt and pepper. Stir it up properly. Let's get to the roast.







  2. You need to make large squash pancakes in the size of a pan to later form a cake. Pour 2 spoons of oil into the pan, but do not heat much so that the zucchini does not burn. Roast each pancake for two minutes on each side. Before you turn the pancake over, cover the pan with a lid. You should make 4 big pancakes.







  3. Egg filling is prepared like this. Rub all four eggs on a large grater, there also soak the garlic already on a small grater. You can do with one cloth, if desired. Add mayonnaise and mix everything together to a uniform consistency. The filling is ready!
