  • salt, pepper to taste


Preparation
  1. Wash the zucchini, rub it on a large grater and squeeze the excess liquid out of the resulting gruel.
  2. Add to the zucchini eggs, 75g flour and salt. Stir the zucchini dough thoroughly.


  3. On the heated pan pour a little vegetable oil and roast squash pancakes on a medium heat. From the specified number of ingredients, 3-4 large pancakes will be obtained.
  4. Wash the liver, clean the films and grind with a meat grinder or blender. Add the remaining flour, 2 eggs and salt to taste. Stir it well.
  5. From the resulting dough in a heated pan, roast 3-4 liver pancakes of large diameter.
  6. Mix sour cream with crushed garlic and greens with a blender. Liver cake sauce Ready!

Preparation
  1. The liver is thoroughly washed, clean from films, fat and grinding with a blender or meat grinder. Pour into a deep bowl.
  2. To the crushed liver, add eggs, sour cream, salt, Italian herbs and sweet red pepper. Stir it well.


  3. To the resulting mixture, add sifted flour and milk. With a wreath of mixing, a liquid homogeneous pancake dough. If the dough is too thick, add some more milk.
  4. Let the dough stand for 20-30 minutes, and then add 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, stir.
  5. Roast pancakes in a heated pan on both sides until blush. From this number of ingredients, 12-13 thin liver pancakes are obtained.
  6. While the pancakes are cooling, make the cream. Sodium cheese on a large grater. Carrots and eggs broth, grind and add to the cheese.


  7. Add mayonnaise, spices and whip with a blender until homogeneous. Cream ready!


  8. Miss the pancakes with the resulting cream, stacking on top of each other. Thoroughly lubricate the sides and top of the cake, and then send to the refrigerator for 2 hours for soaking.
