Apple pie

Wheat flour 2 cups
Margarine 200g
1 kg of apples
Eggs 1 piece
Vinegar 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
Sugar 100g
Salt to taste

How to:
1. In half a glass of cold water to pour the yolk and a teaspoon of vinegar. All of this mix and a little salt. Separately, mix the margarine with the flour and pour the yolk back-acetic cocktail. Stir until a homogeneous substance. The dough is ready. Divided into two parts and put in the fridge for at least half an hour.

2. One of the dough thinly spread and on a greased baking sheet. It generously put finely chopped apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture. Thinly roll out the second piece of dough and place on top. Trim the edges, brush with protein, pierce with a fork and send it in the oven at 200C for 30 minutes (until golden brown krasivoogo).
Hot cut into square pieces.
