  7. Send the cake to the heated oven for 15 minutes. Then extract it, lubricate the dry areas with the remaining 30 g of milk using a brush. And put the cake baked again for 30 minutes.



  8. Take the pastry out of the oven and be sure to let it brew for at least three hours so that the juice from the apples soaks all the layers of the pie. The finished dessert is sprinkled with powdered sugar and served for tea or coffee. Enjoy it!
