Salad "gentle cloud"


 
Preparation:

1. Boil the fillet, finely chopped, salt, add mayonnaise and mix. Put chicken-mayonnaise mixture into a bowl.

2. Boil eggs, cool, separate the whites from the yolks. Separated proteins grate on a coarse grater and egg yolks on a fine. Boil the carrots, grate on a medium grater.

3. Cucumber with sandpaper to rub on a medium grater, squeeze out the excess liquid.

4. On the chicken lay carrots (a little salt), pour mayonnaise, then - proteins (a little salt), mayonnaise, cucumber, mayonnaise, top with a layer of egg yolks and arbitrarily as a decoration to put pineapples. Post a salad brew.
