1. Melt 50 grams of butter in a large skillet. Lightly fry the chicken on both sides. Move into shape for baking.
2. Add the remaining butter and fry the chopped green onions, sliced mushrooms and chopped garlic. Move the resulting mixture to the chicken.
3. Heat the pan over medium heat, pour in the cream and amaretto, add the grated cheese and stir to cook a couple of minutes. Add capers. Pour the sauce chicken.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 40 minutes
