The ingredients
  • 300g cottage cheese
  • 100g butter
  • 2.5 tbsp flour (approximately)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 yolk
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • pinch
  • vegetable oil


Preparation
  1. Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix it with soft butter until homogeneous.
  2. Ask for flour and combine it with salt and baking powder.
  3. Mix everything until you get an elastic test.
  4. Roll the dough in a ball, cover it with film and send it to the fridge for 30 minutes.
  5. Roll the chilled dough in a 5mm layer. Sprinkle it with sugar and roll the roller to uniformity.
  6. Divide the test circle into equal triangles like a pizza.
  7. Roll from each bagel from the widest part to the thinnest.
  8. Place the bagels on an oiled batter and grease on top with a yolk.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes at 180-190 degrees.

Badgers with hard cheese



The ingredients
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 100g butter
  • 200g cottage cheese
  • 50g hard cheese
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1-2 tsp salt


Preparation
  1. Mix the sifted flour with baking powder and salt. Add the bits of butter and rub your hands in the crumb.
  2. Soap cheese on a medium grater, mix it with cottage cheese and the resulting crumb. Mixed with elastic dough.
  3. On a sprinkled flour surface, roll the dough into a rectangle and cut it into triangles.
  4. Turn the triangles into rolls. Put them on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Prepare pastries for half an hour in an oven heated to 190 degrees. Bags should acquire a slightly golden hue.

Bags with nut filling



The ingredients
  • 230g wheat flour
  • 200g butter
  • 200g cottage cheese
  • 40g sugar topping
  • 160g sugar in dough
  • 1 tbsp nuts
  • 2 eggs
  • powder


Preparation
  1. Add to the flour cottage cheese, sugar, 1 egg and sliced oil.
  2. Mix the dough and roll it into a ball. Wrap it in food film and send it to the refrigerator for about 40 minutes.
  3. Separate the white and yolk of the remaining egg. To fill the nuts, mix with sugar and egg white.
  4. Roll the dough in a round layer, divide it into triangles. On the wider part of each lay a spoonful of nut filling.
  5. Wrap the bagels, grease the whipped yolk.
  6. Cook for 20 minutes at 230 degrees, previously lubricating the bowl with oil. Prepare the pastry with powdered sugar.


Baggards with honey and poppy filling



The ingredients
  • 230g butter
  • 230g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1.5 tbsp poppy
  • 3/4 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1.5 tbsp lemon juice


Preparation
  1. Chilled cream cheese and butter put in a combine, salti and whip at low speed. Then gradually add flour to knead the dough.
  2. Wrap the base in food film and hide overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. In the morning, mix the poppy with a third glass of water, add honey, lemon juice and zest. Cook on a small heat until the mixture thickens.
  4. Take the dough out of the refrigerator, roll into a rectangle and divide into 3 equal parts. Pack them in film and put them in the fridge for an hour.
  5. Each piece of dough roll into a thin layer and divide into equal triangles. Distribute the stuffing and roll into bagels.
  6. Lubricate them with an egg, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.


Baggals with jam and dates



The ingredients
  • 200g cottage cheese
  • 300g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 180 butters
  • 1 egg
  • 80g sugar
  • 30g jam
  • 50g dates


Preparation
  1. Couple the cottage cheese with butter, flour, egg and baking powder.
  2. Mix the dough, then roll it into a thin layer.
  3. Divide the dough into triangles, grease them with jam, without reaching the brim.
  4. Put the chopped dates on top of the jam.
  5. Roll the bagels, grease them with an egg. Prepare for 25-30 minutes in the oven heated to 180 degrees.
