Recipe for bagels with sugar and nuts

Preparation
  1. Let's cook first. bagel-dough. Beat the eggs and mix them with melted butter, sugar and orange juice. Gradually pour flour and baking powder into the mixture. Mix the dough.



  2. The dough should be soft, elastic and non-sticky. If it still sticks to your hands, add some flour. Divide the dough into 6 parts and roll it into round thin tortillas. Cut them from the center, dividing them into 8 identical segments.



  3. Now the stuffing. In fact, it can be any: savidolo, sugar, nuts. However, traditional Jewish bagels are prepared with walnuts, dried apricots and raisins. Other nuts can be added if desired. All ingredients grind and mix, if desired, add sugar.



  4. Put the filling on each of the 8 pieces, then wrap it so that it remains inside. Put bagels on the bowl and bake 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. When the bagels turn brown, you can take them out. Sprinkle the product with powdered sugar.





Such bagels: sweet, tasty, sandy. Thanks to the nut filling, it is impossible to break away from bagels. Although, in fact, they are good with any filling and even without it!
