The ingredients
  • 350g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 chip salt
  • 8 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 190g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 2-3 lemons
  • 150-200g raisins
  • apple
  • 150g powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 50g butter


Preparation
  1. We break eggs into deep dishes, add salt and whip. We pour vegetable oil to the ingredients, pour 90 g of sugar and vanilla sugar or essence. Stir everything. If desired, you can add a tablespoon of honey and sour cream.



  2. We pour 3-4 tbsp. l flour and baking powder. In several receptions, enter the rest of the flour, stirring. More flour can be added if necessary.
  3. Put the dough together to keep it in shape. If it crumbles when stirring, you can add 1 egg or 2 tbsp of vegetable oil. Leave the dough under the food film.



  4. Cut large slices of apples together with the skin and put them in a steak with a thick bottom. Add the butter and the remaining sugar. Rub in the sausage peel 2-3 lemons. Put the ingredients on the fire, pour 150 ml of water. Cover it. My 150-200 g of raisins and add it to the apples.



  5. Cut the lemons in half, squeeze the juice out of them. We choose the bones, leaving the flesh. Gradually pour powdered sugar to lemon juice, mix thoroughly to get a uniform watering.



  6. When the apples boil, we reduce the fire. We continue to burn them on medium fire.
  7. Half of the dough is rolled on parchment, forming a lower crust. Cut the extra and put the dough on the pan. The remaining dough is also rolled out.
  8. Drop the apples on the couch, to excess liquid glass. Apple filling is shifted to the bottom layer of the dough and distributed well. We put the second layer of dough on top. We bend it to the filling. Puncture with a fork.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes in a heated to 180 degrees oven. The finished cake is filled with lemon watering. Send it for 2-3 minutes in the oven turned off with the door open.
