The classic layered salad "Mimosa" performed by Olga Matvey turned into a real work of culinary art. Now these are portioned mini-carrots with original filling. The dish looks very bright and appetizing, and is prepared at the same time simple!

  • 1 boiled carrot and potatoes
  • 4 boiled chicken eggs
  • 4-8 boiled quail eggs
  • 100g sesame
  • 100g hard cheese
  • 30g green onion
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 sprigs of dill for decoration
  • salt


Preparation
  1. First of all, roast sesame in a dry pan to a golden color. Always stir the seeds so that they do not burn. Separate the yolks from the proteins in ordinary eggs, and then rub them in a fine grater into separate bowls. To grated sodium proteins also boiled potatoes, carrots and hard cheese.
  2. In green onions, cut off part at the base of the twig, as shown in the photo. It's used to decorate the dish. The rest of the onions are cut very finely and add to the ingredients. Add the chopped sardine in there. Sell the salad to taste.

    Peels

  3. To refuel, mix mayonnaise and soy sauce. Add the mixture to the salad and mix it well. The resulting mass is typed into a tablespoon, slightly press it down, making a depression in the middle. Put a quail egg in there. Then put a little more salad on top and form an oblong carrot shape from the salad mass with your hands.
  4. Each “carrot” falls in the yolk, and then in sesame. Put all the blanks on the dish, make a depression inside each and insert a pre-prepared green onion and a sprig of dill. Done!


Homemade sausages You can serve homemade meat sausages along with your favorite side dish. The dish is very juicy and aromatic. To prepare it, you will need only 4 ingredients and spices. Perfect!

  • 1 bulb
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic

Preparation
  1. Cut pork and lard with a knife very finely. It is important to use a knife to make the dish as juicy as possible. To cut the meat was more convenient, you can slightly freeze it. Also grind and add to the meat onions and garlic.
  2. Mix the meat with lard, adding salt and pepper to taste. Then stir the meat mass as if it were dough. The longer you do that, the better the sausages will taste.
  3. The resulting mass was visually divided into 4 parts. Place each part on a rectangular piece of foil and distribute the meat along the length of the smaller side of the foil. Then wrap the foil over the meat and press it, forming a sausage. Next, completely wrap the workpiece in foil in several layers, twisting it on the sides like a candy wrapper.
  4. Place the blanks in a high form for baking. Pour the form with water up to half the height of the sausages. And then send the meat to bake at 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes. During this time, the water will boil, and the sausages will be prepared.
  5. Take the mold out of the oven and make a cut on top along each sausage to uncover the foil. Then send the sausages to brew in the oven for a few more minutes. Such sausages can be served as a snack. It is best to wait for them to cool down. Then it'll be easier for you to cut them.

  • 40g powdered sugar
  • 65g butter
  • 2 yolks
  • 500g cottage cheese
  • 4 proteins
  • 100g sugar
  • 200g canned peaches
  • pinch
  • vanilla


Preparation
  1. Mix the flour with powdered sugar and salt. Rub butter into flour and add the yolks. Hands to connect all the ingredients and mix the dough. It will crumble, that's normal. Now prepare the baking mould. Olga uses a rectangular shape. Cover it with parchment and spread the dough all over the plane. You don't have to make borches.
  2. Cover the dough on top with another sheet of parchment and fill it with peas or beans. Bake the base for the cake under the press for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. 5 minutes before ready, remove the parchment with a load and let the dough finish without it.
  3. Hit the cottage cheese with a blender to a creamy texture. Squirrels to steady peaks with a pinch of salt. Then add the sugar, the vanilla and beat again. Add the protein mass to the cottage cheese and mix gently.
  4. Transfer the curd mass on the dough and align it along the entire plane of the shape. On top, lay out a peach cut into slices of the same thickness. Bake Easter for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. Before cutting, completely cool the cake. Done!
