  • 150ml apple cider vinegar

  • 8 cans (0.5 l each)


Preparation
  1. First, prepare banks for sterilization. Olga Matvey advises to pour cans (for this amount of ingredients you need 8 half-liter) with steep boiling water, leave for 5 minutes, and then drain the water. As you can see, it's simple and quick. For this workpiece, it is better to take a small plum of the Hungarian variety. Wash the plums, dry them, and then put them in jars.





  2. Pour the drain in the banks with steep boiling water to the top, cover the top with lids, which also need to be sterilized in advance. Leave the plum in boiling water for 20 minutes.



  3. To prepare a marinade in a pan, pour 1.5 liters of water, pour all the sugar there, add cinnamon. Stir well and leave on the stove until boiling. When the marinade boils, pour apple cider vinegar into it, stir it.



  4. Pour the water off the drain, it will no longer be needed. In each jar with plums put one bay leaf and 2 pieces of cloves. Fill it with a hot marinade.



  5. Roll up the can lids, roll over and wrap it in a blanket. After 2-3 weeks, pickled plums can be eaten. Bon appetit!
