Salad ingredients
  • 250g chicken breast

Preparation

  4. To prepare a sauce of 50 grams of sodium cheese on the finest grater. It is best to take parmesan, but any other hard cheese is also suitable.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese in a bowl, add 3 yolks, a tablespoon of soy sauce, a pinch of salt and 2 types of mustard: ordinary and Dijon with grains. Stir everything well with a wreath, and then pour the vegetable oil and stir again.
  6. To assemble a salad, roasted meat is cut into arbitrary pieces. Cut eggs in half, cherry tomatoes in quarters.
  7. Salad leaves (you can grind them by hand) fields with sauce and stir.
  8. Put a salad leaf with sauce on portion plates, then spread the meat on top. All meat was divided by the number of servings. Then add eggs and cherry tomatoes to the salad, sprinkle with crackers. Rub cheese on top of each plate and a few more fields with sauce.
