Preparation
  1. For the opara, warm the milk without boiling. Add 500 grams of sugar, stir. Then chop the yeast in there, stir and wait for them to play. It usually takes about half an hour.
  2. In the meantime, cut into pieces, put in a pan and put on the fire so that it completely melts.
  3. Separate the proteins from the yolks. Take both separately. Squirrels should turn into thick foam.
  4. Now in a large form mix all the ingredients: sift the flour, add the remaining sugar, vanillin and nutmeg. Stir it all together. Then add the liquid ingredients: butter and sunflower oil, sour cream, whipped yolks and last-minute whipped proteins. Stir all the ingredients and mix the dough. It takes about an hour to mix the dough on the cake.
  5. When you finish kneading, wrap the dough and leave it in a warm place to rise.
  6. After the dough has come (about an hour and a half), add raisins, candies, or other additives to your choice. Stir well so that everything is evenly distributed on the test. Immediately after that, spread the dough into shapes. Form a small smooth ball of dough and lower into the shape. Then cover the forms with a clean towel and leave for 40 minutes to make the dough fit again.
  7. Forms with the test should be kept warm. You need to make sure that there are no drafts and unnecessary noise, because the dough may fall. After the dough fits, send the forms to the oven or oven and bake for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  8. When the cakes are ready, get them out of the molds still hot. Then cut sweet sugar glaze and sprinkle with a multicolored sprinkle.

Preparation
