This year by accident
I saw the recipe of the Russian kulich “Kremlin”. It was just before Easter. I was interested, because I had previously baked quite ordinary cakes, and not some special ones. The recipe used the same for years.
From the kulichs in the Kremlin relatives were delighted. My neighbor bought it, so she asked for a recipe. Previously I did not understand what the main highlight of the festive pastries for the first persons of the state, but now I want to share this knowledge. The main secret of the recipe of Russian kulich in the Kremlin - soaking raisins in cognac. Cognac must be well aged (at least 3 years). So advise the confectioners of the plant "Kremlin", where they bake cakes for the first persons of the state.
