But still want to prepare for the holiday traditional kulich. To help them somehow, we tried to find the simplest recipe for Easter cake, which any hostess can cope with.



Let’s be honest, Easter cake recipes exist if not thousands, then hundreds for sure. Baking is a matter of taste. But we tried to select those recipes that can be prepared as cheaply and easily as possible. For example, without a long stretch of dough and with the most affordable ingredients.

Quick method of preparing Easter kulich

The ingredients
  • 0.5 tbsp milk
  • 0.5 tbsp sugar
  • 50g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2.5 tbsp flour
  • 50g raisins
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 50g powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp orange juice


Preparation
  1. In warm milk, dissolve the yeast, adding a couple of teaspoons of sugar and a little flour. Leave 15-20 minutes warm.
  2. To prepare the dough in a convenient container, mix the oil and sugar. Stir everything well, and then enter the eggs and stir again to a homogeneous mass, do not forget to salt.
  3. Now you can add yeast and half the flour. Stir thoroughly.


  4. When the dough becomes difficult to interfere, add raisins and flour residues. Put the resulting mass in the forms. Keep in mind that the dough will increase in volume by 2-3 times, so apply about a third of the desired height of the cakes. So that when unfolding the dough is not sticky to the hands, soak them with water or vegetable oil.
  5. Leave the blanks in a warm place to rise, covering all the molds with future waders with a towel. Leave them at room temperature for 2-3 hours.
  6. Cookies in the oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
  7. For glaze, mix powdered sugar with juice. Put the mixture on the cake and decorate. When the glaze dries, you can serve.

The recipe for kulich without yeast

The ingredients
  • 760g condensed milk
  • 600g flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2g ginger
  • vanillin
  • 200g powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


Preparation
  1. Hit 4 balls.
  2. Pour condensed milk into a bowl of eggs, stir.
  3. Ask for flour with baking powder and stir the dough.
  4. Grate ginger on a fine grater and add to the dough. Ginger will add a pleasant aroma to the baking.
  5. Lubricate the molds for baking butter and pour the dough into them to half. The dough during baking will rise 2 times.
  6. Send the cakes to bake in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 35 minutes.
  7. To make a glaze, mix 2 egg whites at low speed, gradually increase the speed.
  8. When the squirrels rise to peaks, gradually add lemon juice and powdered sugar to them.
  9. Decorate the chilled cakes with icing and leave it to freeze overnight.


Kulich, which is obtained even in those who do not have experience with the test

The ingredients
  • 400g flour
  • 150g sugar
  • 25g warm milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 50g yeast
  • 200g butter
  • vanillin
  • 200g raisins
  • 75g candied
  • 75g dried cranberry


Preparation
  1. In a small bowl mix yeast and a teaspoon of sugar and milk. Stir the mass, cover with a clean towel and leave in a warm place to come for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Rub the eggs with vanillin to uniformity, add the opar and flour. Stir to get a liquid like sour cream dough.
  3. From time to time, add a spoonful of soft butter and continue to stir. This process will take you about 20 minutes.
  4. Then throw in the dried fruit and add to the dough.
  5. Lubricate it with butter and cover it with baking form paper.
  6. Fill out each test by about a third. Let me stand for 30 minutes in a warm place.
  7. Send the molds to the oven heated to 180 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes. After that, lubricate with melted oil and bake for another 20 minutes. Cool and let me stand for 24 hours.

Preparation
  1. Prepare the dough in the evening. In heated milk, add 1 cup of sugar and yeast. Let me come a little closer and add the yolks, eggs, remaining sugar, 500 grams of flour and melted butter. Stir and leave overnight at room temperature.
  2. Raisins, candies washed under running water and pour cognac for 30 minutes.
  3. Add salt, vanilla sugar, raisins and candies to the dough along with cognac. Mix the soft dough. Cover with a napkin and let him come for 1 hour.
  4. After an hour, wash the dough with your hands and spread out into shapes to a third of their height.
