- Warm the milk so it is warm but not hot! Dissolve the yeast in it. Yeast should be taken ordinary, not dry.

- With a mixer, beat the eggs with sugar to form a lush mass.
- Melt the butter and pour it into the milk with yeast.
- Add the eggs whipped with sugar.
- Stir all this carefully, cover it with a towel and put it in a warm place. It takes about 8-10 hours to stand up, so it is best to leave the ovary overnight, and start baking in the morning.
- In the morning, stir the steam, add salt and vanilla sugar.
- Sprinkle the sifted flour.
- Soak, then dry the raisins. Add it to the dough.
- Mix the dough for at least 20 minutes until it sticks away from your hands. The longer you knead the dough, the more delicious the cake will be.
