- 1 tbsp kefir

- 1 tbsp rum (can be replaced with cognac, liquor or flavored vodka)
- 6-8 circles of pineapple (about 3/4 of a small pineapple)
- 3-4 fresh or canned cherries

- 55g butter
- 3/4 tbsp brown sugar

- The pineapple must be prepared first. It all depends on what you take to fill the cake - fresh pineapple or canned. Canned is easy enough to get out of the jar, but with fresh will have a little tinkering. Since it must be pre-cleaned and carefully cut into the same circles.

If a couple of slices of pineapple stuck to the bottom of the form, it is not very scary: they can be easily separated with a spatula and returned to their former place.
