- 3 bananas
- 275g flour
- 150g butter
- 150g sugar
- 10g vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100g sour cream
- 5g baking powder

- Pour the glaze sugar into the bottom of the pan. Put it on a medium fire and wait for the sugar to dissolve, stirring it in circular motions.
- In the hot sugar add butter and stir.
- Lubricate the form for baking with vegetable oil, covered with parchment paper and pour hot caramel into it.
- Cut the bananas into mugs and put them on caramel. If the shape is rectangular, then bananas can be cut in long stripes. It is, as they say, a matter of taste.
- To prepare the dough, mix butter, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar and whip everything in a mixer for about 5 minutes.
- To the resulting mass, add one egg and beat the mixer.
- Add some sour cream and mix it up. Then add baking powder and flour and once again beat everything with a mixer until you get a mass with a homogeneous consistency.
- Put the banana dough out.
- Shake the shape with the dough so that it is evenly distributed over the bananas.
- Send the oven heated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Caramel during baking boils and can flow out of the detachable form, so the form for baking the cake should be whole.
- Turn over another hot cake and put it on a dish.
- Leave it to cool a little and serve it on the table.
