- 650g flour
- 320 ml milk
- 200g sugar
- 200g butter
- 300g candied
- 50g raisins
- 100ml orange juice
- 8g dry yeast
- 2 eggs
- 6g baking powder

Preparation
- Mix the sugar with the peel of lemon and orange. Then add 2 tbsp of sugar to warm milk, add 8 g of dry yeast and stir everything with a corolla. Leave the opar for 7 minutes in a warm place. Instead of dry yeast, you can take 25 g of pressed.
- Mix softened butter with sugar, salt and vanilla. Add the eggs and stir everything to uniformity.
- In a separate container, mix sifted flour and baking powder. Pour the steam into the dough and add the egg cream mixture. Mix the viscous dough with a spatula. The dough must be viscous and sticky. Cover the dough with food film or kitchen towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Raisins soak in hot water, after a few minutes drain the water and add 100 ml of orange juice to the raisins. Then prepare forms for cakes, in this case, the dough is enough for 4 small cakes, which are baked in forms with a diameter of 12 cm.
- Strain raisins through a sieve and paper towel remove moisture residues, then mix the raisins with candied fruit and sprinkle them with flour.
- Lubricate your hands with vegetable refined oil and dress the dough. Stir the candied dough. When the mass becomes uniform, divide the dough into 4 equal parts and spread out into shapes.
- Leave the dough in the forms under cover for another 1 hour. Then bake cakes in the oven heated to 180 degrees 35-40 minutes.
- Depending on the oven, the time of baking cakes can vary. Check the baking readiness with a wooden sword. Ready cakes carefully lay out horizontally on a grille covered with a towel. From time to time, turn over the cakes so that they do not stick, because the dough turns out to be very tender.
