Dessert of cottage cheese with gelatin Ingredients
- 350g cottage cheese
- 100g sour cream
- 20g gelatin
- 50g honey
- 50g hazelnut
- 100g walnuts
- 100g dried cranberry
- 50g peeled pistachios
- 100g dried
- 100g dates (or raisins)
Preparation
- Soak in 80 grams of water gelatin.
- In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese with sour cream and honey. Get a good blender.
- Then break into small pieces walnuts, hazelnuts and pistachios.
- Soak in the water and cut into pieces of dried apricots and dates.
- Melt the gelatin in the microwave and add it to the curd.
- Pour into the curd mass dried apricots, dates, cranberries and nuts. Stir everything with a spatula until uniform.
- Put the mixture in a mold lined with food film, and send for 2.5 hours in the refrigerator.
- Take the film off and cut the dessert into portion pieces.
