Test ingredients
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp 9% vinegar
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 250 ml of water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of salt


Filling ingredients
  • 80g brynza
  • 250g potatoes
  • 30g butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sour cream


Preparation
  1. For the test, mix the egg, vegetable oil, vinegar and salt. Hit the mass and pour warm water into it. In a deep bowl pour flour and pour liquid ingredients. Mix the dough. More flour may be needed, focus on the state of the test. Roll the dough in a ball, wrap it in a bag or food film and send it to the refrigerator for at least half an hour.



  2. Peel the potatoes and boil them until ready. Mashed potatoes with butter. Brynza sodium on a large grater and add to the potatoes. Also add soy sauce and sour cream, stir again. The filling is ready!



  3. The rested dough was divided into several parts. Roll each one into a thin layer. Cut a 10 cm diameter circle from the test. This is the optimal size for Polish dumplings. But you can make them any size if you want.



  4. For each round of dough, add a little stuffing and blinding dumplings. Boil the dumplings in boiling water for 5-6 minutes. The more they cook, the longer they will cook.



  5. Finished dumplings serve with butter or homemade sour cream. Bon appetit!
