How to make dumplings Ingredients
  • 360g flour
  • 180 ml of water
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 150g buckwheat
  • 250g cottage cheese
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • pinch


Preparation
  1. Let's start with the test. After all, the dough is the pledge of delicious dumplings. To do this, sift flour, add warm water and vegetable oil to it. Start mixing the dough. When the mass is uniform, add salt and egg. The dough should be elastic. Leave him for 20 minutes.



  2. Pre-cook 150 grams of buckwheat. If there's buckwheat left in the fridge, it'll do just fine.



  3. Let's do the stuffing. In a small container, mix cottage cheese and ready buckwheat. Add and stir. You can add your favorite spices to your taste. If you like the puree consistency, you can skip the filling through the blender.



  4. Roll the dough into the layer. Make little circles out of it. Put a little stuffing in each circle and form dumplings. The main thing is to pinch the edges well so that the filling does not fall out during cooking.



  5. Now boil the dumplings in boiling salted water. After they surface, boil for about 3 minutes. Serve with butter and sour cream.
