Dough recipe for tortillas and dumplings

  • 250ml kefir
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 100g butter

  • 150g Adyghe cheese
  • 20g green


Preparation
  1. Let's cook. kefir! To do this, sift the flour into a deep container. Add an egg and kefir to the flour. Remember that kefir should be at room temperature.



  2. Add salt, baking powder and two spoonfuls of vegetable oil. Start stirring the ingredients with a spoon, then mix the soft sticky dough with your hands.



  3. As long as the dough comes in a warm place, you can cook the filling. The cottage cheese should be stretched with a fork, and the cheese should be rubbed on a large grater.



  4. Cut the greens finely and mix with cottage cheese and cheese. Do not forget the filling well salted and divided into two equal parts: one for cakes, and the second for dumplings.



  5. The test should also be divided into two equal parts. Put the first one in the bag while you're working on the second one. The second should be divided into three parts, according to the number of cakes.



  6. Roll out every piece of dough. In the center, lay out the filling, pinch the edges and carefully roll out the cake already with the filling.



  7. To fry these cakes should not use too much oil. One teaspoon is enough. Carefully warm the pan with butter and fry the flatbread over medium heat. Each side needs to be fried for about 2 minutes.



  8. The cakes can be immediately lubricated with butter.
  9. From the second part of the test, cut small blanks for dumplings, each about 20 g. Roll out each blank, fill with filling and pinch.



  10. The steam grille was covered with small pieces of baking paper oiled. For each piece, put one varenica.



  11. Keep the dumplings in the steamer until ready.
