Lenten overflow of flour, water and greens, which will be cooler than any Cheburek

The first and last week of the 49-day Lent is considered the strictest. On the first day you can drink only water, on the second - eat some bread and drink water. On the other days of Lent, dry eating is prescribed. To abstain from all temptations, one must pray fervently. But you can't do without food. There are many ways to prepare delicious food from lean products. Today I will tell you how to cook lean tortillas in a pan without eggs, milk and meat.

Sometimes lean dough is even tastier than muffin. Proof of this is lean pitas, which can be cooked in a pan, tandoor cakes on yeast and other types of lean bread. To make the dough taste good, it must be kneaded in a good mood and, of course, observe all the proportions according to the recipe.

Tortillas with greens, which will be discussed, resemble Cheburek. Anyone who misses crispy tortillas with filling, I recommend to prepare cakes according to this recipe. You can fill up flatbreads at your discretion: lentils, pea puree, red beans with spices - everything that is at hand. As a child, my mother often fried lean crescent-shaped cakes with mashed potato filling. It was my favorite fast food at the time. From this number of ingredients, 7 large cakes are obtained.

Bread with greens are crispy and juicy. If you do not like fatty cakes with butter, you can fry them in a dry pan, and smear the finished cakes with oil. Such cakes are prepared in Dagestan, and they are called “miracle”. It's gonna taste good. And bubbly crispy dough is obtained precisely due to the fact that the flatbread is fried like deep frying. To remove excess oil, lay the cakes on paper towels.
