"The Snow Maiden Chicken"
The ingredients
- 300g boiled chicken fillet
- 2 red bulbs
- 1 red sweet pepper
- 1 yellow sweet pepper
- 1/2 Peking cabbage kochan
- 1 bundle of green onions
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 teeth. Garlic

Preparation
- Cut the chicken in small cubes or tear it into fibers. Put it in a deep bowl.
- Red and yellow peppers cut with straw and add to the chicken.
- Cut the onions with thin semi-rings and add to the ingredients already prepared. If there is no red onion in the kitchen, you can use shallots or ordinary onions.
